Q    I have used cleaning companies before what is different about this one ?

A    Maid in Cheshire is a privately owned company and not a franchise, therefore our reputation is purely built by ourselves in our area, and not by lots of other people trading in other areas. We are constantly in touch with both our clients and our staff and have a very hands on approach.  Unlike franchises, we employ the cleaners directly and are fully responsible for all payroll and recruitment issues.  All our staff attend regular training sessions and represent our company in a very professional manner

Q   Can I book a cleaner for a one off clean ?

A    Yes, depending on what you would like doing we can provide one cleaner, or a team of cleaners for the larger tasks

Q   Is my cleaner insured ?

A    Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured for indoor work

Q   If I book a cleaner once a week can I have the same person ?

A    Yes, we match our cleaners with our clients and will allocate one cleaner.  If that cleaner is absent then we will replace her.  We will also replace the cleaner if you are not happy with the service

Q   How do I know that I can trust a stranger in my house ?

A    At maid in Cheshire we fully vet all our staff, all employees must provide two professional references.  No member of staff is ever placed without doing so.  If any client wishes to see these documents then we will be pleased to provide a copy

We would also encourage our clients to be at home for the first few cleans so you can meet and familiarise yourself with your cleaner

Q   Do I give the cleaner the door key ?

A    You can provide a door key if you wish, this key will then be identified by a security number and locked in a safe.  The key is only given to the cleaner on the day of the clean and returned when the clean is finished.  Some clients leave a key with a neighbour and others like to be at home the choice is entirely yours

Q   Do I pay the cleaner ?

A    No, you don't have to worry about paying the cleaner we will do that and invoice you monthly, or weekly for one off cleans

Q   Do you provide the cleaning equipment ?

A    We can if you wish, but most clients prefer to use their own products and equipment

Q   Will my cleaner arrive at the same time each clean ?

A    If you book our cleaners by the hour then you state what time you would like the cleaner to arrive, if you book a team clean then we will let you know what time the team will arrive

Q   How will I  know that the person at my door is from your company ?

A    All Maid in Cheshire staff wear our distinctive uniforms.  Several of our staff drive our Maid in Cheshire cars with our own logo on them.  We do encourage clients to meet the cleaner first

Q   I am unsure about what hours to book ?

A    If you are unsure then we will be happy to come out to your property and talk through your needs; we can create a task list together making sure that you are getting the service you require, this task list can be reviewed at any time

Q   Can you clean my office ?

A    Yes.  We can call round to your office, create a service list and provide a quote.  At Maid in Cheshire, we have all necessary commercial insurances in place

All of our staff are uniformed.  We can organise the clean during closing or opening hours, whichever you prefer.  Our prices are very competitive

Q   Do you do builders cleans ?

A    Yes.  We will provide a full risk assessment and create the service to suit the client needs
